ERoad is an ELD (electronic logging device) provider located in Portland, Oregon. Norm will address the legislation and compliance requirements for all truckers that takes place on Decembrer 18th, when FMCSA's (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's) new law kicks in. Questions abound...Will the deadline actually be enforced? What will happen to capacity? Will carriers try to "skirt" the issue? Will there be exceptions or "work arounds" that will develop within the marketplace? How many truckers are yet to comply? What will happen if they don't?
