"Strategic Partnerships—Really?"
Guest speaker: Jane Suter
Vice President of Transportation
C.H. Robinson Worldwide

Supply chain professionals who attend this Executive Series Luncheon will learn how to create a logistics plan that emphasizes ongoing shipping efficiencies and great service for customers.

“I encourage companies to evaluate their approach, before they evaluate providers to hire,” said Suter. “It’s just like having a plan when you go to the grocery store—if you stick to your list, you won’t blow your budget.”

Suter’s presentation will address: evaluating freight costs vs. landed costs; how to find the right “go-to” provider for your company; establishing long-term relationships with vendors; and how to leverage those relationships.

C.H. Robinson is one of the world’s largest third-party logistics providers. Suter is responsible for the development of strategy for customer tiering, account management, and marketing. She focuses on the food and beverage, and retail and consumer-products industries.
