Bill Cassidy
Senior Editor at The Journal of Commerce
William (Bill) Cassidy is senior editor for trucking at The Journal of Commerce/JOC.com. He joined the publication in 2009, after 13 years at JOC sister publication Traffic World, where he served as executive editor, managing editor, and associate editor. Previously, he worked for Transport Topics and Fleet Owner magazine, where he began covering trucking in 1984. He has covered all aspects of for-hire and private trucking, as well as third-party logistics, technology, and government regulation. Cassidy is a frequent speaker at industry events, and is co-chair of the JOC Inland Distribution Conference, held each fall in Chicago.
