Description

The Golf Committee invites you and your guests to attend our June Golf Outing at Bridges of Poplar Creek in Hoffman Estates, IL. This outing is a joint event with the Ocean Freight Agents Association.

When:
June 19th, 2019
Registration opens at 11:30am
Shotgun start between 12-1PM
Dinner is from 5:30pm to 8:00pm

How much:
Earlybird Registration: $125 per person if you register before June 1st!
General Registration: $150 per person after June 1st
Hole sponsors: $100 (your support is greatly appreciated)

Outing includes lunch, 2 drink tickets, golf and dinner

Dress Code?
Collared shirts are required. No tank tops, t-shirts, denim, or cut-off shorts. No hard spiked shoes. Tennis shoes are allowed.
