Please join our friends at MSC Chicago for their Annual Operation Smile Charity Golf Tournament!
Your donations will go towards helping change the lives of many children around the world. Operation Smile believes every child suffering from cleft lip or cleft palate deserves exceptional surgical care. MSC is extremely excited to get together for this golf outing in support of Operation Smile.

**Tickets for golf include lunch and dinner. Deadline to register for golf is 9/18/24.**
Cost:
-Foursome: $1,100
-VIP Single Golf: $400 (includes: putting challenge, gimme superrope, mulligan card, bean bag toss, MSC golf balls, 2 - raffle tickets)
-Single Golfer: $300
-Dinner Only: $100/person
